Bière de dégustation. L’amateur de bière que je suis trouvé cette bière très complexe. Peut être trop pour moi. Manque de gaz et bière qui se savoure mieux en compagnie d’un met délicieux (cigare, viennoiserie …) A l’odeur, je sens une bière effectivement alcoolisé. Très douce mais avec un second goût amer. Très vinaigré à mon goût. Bière qui dépote largement avec ses 12,7 degrés. Bière curieuse. Je trouve effectivement qu’elle ne vaut pas son prix ou alors mérite d’être savouré uniquement par de fins connaisseurs.
