Foggy, gold to amber beer with strong, medium-lasting carbonation unleashes a two-finger, off-white, soapy head that melts gradually down to a thin lacing on top.
The scent displays relatively sweet malt, a tad bread and a moderate note of honey, seasoned with a pinch of dough and a suggestion of butter.
The taste receptors like the simple, balanced offer of faintly crisp hops and tasty, moderately bitter malt. No gimmicks. Light-brown bread, a bit of crackers and a distinct but restrained grainy nuance accompany in the immediate proximity.
The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with the same elements as upfront: perhaps a bit more bitter gustatory experience but only to a minor extent. Grainy nuances become underlined and a very distant metallic tang lingers in the background, otherwise no big difference to the actual taste. The aftertaste remains on tongue for a short to medium duration.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth, rather clean and substantially balanced. Generally speaking, it's also very easy and simple.
