Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors

Ddm: 03/26 Mousse blanche épaisse et une couleur orange et sa pétille finement.malt et assez fort en bouche une peu sec en bouche aussi et un goût.d'orange aussi la je pense que le % va se faire ressentir. 55 ème bière Américaine.

Comme une IPA de Californie, USA. Une vraie West Coast avec ce qu'il faut de saveurs résineuses et d'amertume. Oranges amères, pamplemousse, pins. Bonne longueur. Il n'y a pas tromperie sur la marchandise. C'est bien une IPA californienne.
