Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors

Pressé de sortir à l'ouverture... L'attaque tape sur l'orange amer et le pamplemousse. Le mdb reste sur l'orange amer et cette fois-ci accompagné de très belles notes résineux. Le résineux s'évanouit tout doucement en fdb avec une grosse amertume plutôt astringente très longue. Petit gushing à l'ouverture, autrement c'est le genre IPA que j'affectionne particulièrement. Bigrement sur les agrumes avec une amertume non retenue sans pour autant être un hopburn. Personnellement je la classerai en wcipa.

Dunkel gelblich und mit stabilem Schaum, Zitrusnoten und Grapefruit in der Nase, sehr erfrischend im Antrunk, Limette und Mango, späte Bitternoten im Abgang. Etwas speziell aber Lecker!!!
