Light golden color to it, taste a bit like peaches, you get a sweet aftertaste, not bad.

Going to have another one of my beers from my Texas trip. This one is from Blanco Texas.
Not as much head as I was expecting and what was there disappeared quickly. Strong spicy aroma, a touch of clove. Texture is light and crisp. Flavor is immediate, a little on the sour side. Spice and clove are distinctly in the forefront with a little bit of banana in the background. Finish leaves a bitterness on the back of the tongue, spice and clove are there. Drops off to a dry ending.
Unusual flavor which I enjoyed but, for me, not a stand-alone beer. Not something I would sit down and drink by itself or simply enjoy at the end of an evening. Think this would be best be paired with a meal of chicken or fish to help balance the flavor.
