San Servolo light lager is produced from water of St. John spring, flowers hops and superior barley malt, without any preservatives or additives. Besides being unfiltered and unpasteurized, it's specialty is re-fermentation in the bottle, which gives a consistent foam and touch of floral honey which leaves no one indifferent.

Maku on Ožujskoa pliisumpi. Pieni kuiva katkero. Hento mallas. Puhdas on maku. Pikkuisen silti piippuun jäävä. Hyvää kamaa silti. Suorempaa tykitystä. Kuivaa kamaa.
