Das Dragonhead ist ein Cask Ale. Diese werden aus dem Fass gepumpt und kommen so ohne Kohlensäure aus. Deshalb läuft das Stout smooth die Kehle hinab. Anfangs erinnert es an ein Guinness mit kräftigem Röstmalz und wenn man denkt, das wars, klopft spät eine kräftige Bitterkeit an den Gaumen. Es wird dann auch nochmal schokoladig. Gutes Ale!
