Very complex beer! I don’t really know how to describe it... It’s a triple one (belgian triple) but the second cycle is un oak barrel! So you can taste that smokey taste. They say it‘ a brettanomyces beer. So is complex but very good! You have to try for yourself to see! Don’t forget to move the beer in the bottle! It’s unfiltred and it takes a good 1 min to mix it propraly
