Pils classique mais rafraîchissante

I've found another pilsner I've not had and I'm excited. It claims to be an authentic Czech style pils and I love them if done right. It looks great in a glass boasting a beautiful golden hue and topping itself with a nice loosely packed head that slowly fades off leaving a typical patchy foam layer. Aromas are just right with sourdough bread and crackers blanketed in those wonderful spicy saaz hops. The mouth feel is light crips carbonated well. Flavour profile is a little bit layered and the hops could be a a little stronger, but not bad at all. Nice and grainy pale malt with a bit of cracker and as I can said a little lacking in the hops. All in all a damn fine effort. Bonus points for effort.
