Wild Ennerdale is a golden amber coloured real ale, well-hopped with two varieties of English grown hops, yielding a good hop aroma and well rounded bitterness. We’re proud to brew this in association with The Wild Ennerdale Partnership, and 5p per pint from the first barrel run is being donated to the Partnership, and the amazing work they do within the Ennerdale area.

Liked this one a lot. Not big on real ale but this was very nice. Decent toffee taste.

Extra points for company and location. Enjoyed this beer in its namesake, the majestic Ennerdale Valley, at the equally fine Ennerdale YHA. Enjoyed the beer slot. Nice and refreshing after a long days march.

A pleasant English bitter, caramel and fruity notes, malty with a hint of spice on the finish.
