Introduced in October 2011, WhirlyBird is brewed to our own original recipe and is a sweet yet full bodied pale ale, light yet complex, smooth with a subtle zesty finish. Amber in colour, nice balance of flavours from a combination of four different malted barleys, yet a “lighter” beer. Sweeter to the taste with a lovely mellow finish with just the faintest hint of citrus fruitiness to finish. A lovely refreshing beer, try one, you’ll be spitting feathers until you do!
