Flight 1/4. Semihazy, light copper beer with modest, short-lived carbonation releases an off-white, cotton, frazil-icy head that paints the glass with thick coverings. The fragrance is relatively piney, offering a tad dry hops and some identifiable lemon peel. The palate displays a good amount of dry hops, spruce needles, hefty grapefruit peel and a bit of grapefruit pulp. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with a pinch of dry hops, reasonable lemon peel and a little bit of spruce needles. Hop burn follows behind. The aftertaste stays in mouth for a short time only. The mouthfeel is mouth-drying, somewhat crisp and medium-strong.
