Semihazy, deep gold beer with effervescent, exceptionally sustained carbonation builds a one-finger, pure white, fluffy head that keeps wafting on the surface for a pretty long time. The scent portrays a good amount of lemon zest and a tad lemon peel, strong wheat malt and a pinch of banana. The taste is light and citrusy: lemon pulp and peel merge with a tiny dollop of orange juice, medium-sweet wheat malt and a nice addition of banana. The light-bodied beer ends with slightly tart lemon zest, wheat malt and a bit of grated lemon peel, followed by a vanishing nuance of banana. The aftertaste disappears quite rapidly from the mouth. The mouthfeel is light, really summery, considerably effervescent, soft and smooth.

An Hopfen und Hefe wurde nicht gespart, etwas zu viel für mich, auch ordentlich Sprutz ist drin, nicht fruchtig, wieder super schöne Flasche und Etikett.
