Grapefruity. Juicy. Balanced. Quite dry for a DIPA. Very good!

One for the road. From the local supermarket. Semiclear straw. Reasonable carbonation. A fluffy head of long duration. Piney, resinous and grapefruity is the scent. The taste package is very piney indeed. Resin isn't particularly shy either. Malt, biscuit, grass, grapefruit zest, orange peel and a bit of canned mandarin support the medley. Medium body. Ends with piney, resinous, malty and citrusy elements. Keeps my tastebuds alert for a long time. The mouthfeel is medium-full, piney, resinous, crisp, dry and drying. Zesty and pithy. Very classical.
