Scandinaavisen puhdas ja särmä. Ei röyhkeile vaan tekee mitä lupaa. Jopa hieman vaatimattomana esiintyy nimellä Perrsse - Aass. Kuuleman mukaan nimi juontuu pyllynvaon näköisen vuonon uumenista löytyvän panimon sijainnista. Jos tulee Norjan reissulla paikallisena vastaan niin uskaltaa maistaa, eikä tule suuria pettymyksiä.
