Belgian style pale, smoothly dryhopped and spiced with orange peel.

Enjoyed in the air HEL-KEF.
The beer pours limpid, deep copper. The rich, sustained carbonation unlocks a cappuccino-tinted, fluffy head that builds itself up to one finger and more. The head contracts soon to a thin lacing on top. The retreating foam leaves orbiting cobwebs on the wall of the glass.
The scent is truly oppressed or maybe it's weak at the altitude of 11,9 km. Anyway, I only pick very faint nuances of roasted malt and chocolate.
The tongue receives distantly chocolatey malt, a pinch of brown cookie, a caramelly touch and roasted wheat malt. The body is light. The beer ends with slightly bitter caramel malt, a negligible injection of raw chocolate and a bit of yeast. The aftertaste dances with the tastebuds around the Christmas tree for some time.
The mouthfeel is light, distantly roasty, light-crisp and a tad wintery.

Decent. Similar as out of bottle, which for some beers seems difficult! So not bad, very Festive and I'd say only one or two at Christmas
