Lucid, deep gold cider. Sparkling carbonation, a fast head that is soon dead. Medium-dry apple mash in the air. Faintly farmhousey. The taste gives more farmhousey flavors, not really funky, sour dry apple juice, loads of waxy peel, and as if a woody twist. The sensation is juicy, dry, drying, natural and slightly earthy. A bit thin maybe.
