Tasting paddle 2/4. Clear, straw beer with lively, sustained carbonation builds a pure white, silky head that descends quickly to a moderate lace ring circling the surface. The fragrance is truly subdued, I only get very distant lemon pulp. The tongue receives lemon zest and a bit of lemon peel, distinct pomelo and a good amount of standard pale malt. Overall, quite weak. The body is almost skinny. The beer finishes with light-bitter lemon zest and a small injection of pale malt. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is watery, light-crisp, clean and ridiculously easy. Not a winner is this one!
