Bellevaux Blonde
7.0% Belgian Strong Ale
Though enjoyable and suprisingly refreshing for belgian ale, one cannot escape the feeling that this is beer by committee. Tastes something like a belgian blonde cross with a west coast IPA. I imagine it would pair well with a bbq deep in the Ardennes, if belgium is uncharacteristically warm and sunny you are on to a winner.

It pours gold with a milky white haze and thin white head. Aroma is of Belgian yeast. Flavour is spicy with a lovely, citrussy finish.
