I had to look up what Buffalo Trace was. It's a bourbon I believe. The combination of the brettanomyces yeast and bourbon is unusual. The beer sure feels strong with a little heat from the alcohol. There's a tartness, almost sour and vinegar-like. It's going to be a hard slog drinking the 660ml bottle myself, that's for sure 🤤
