Lucid, amber beer with powerful, long-lasting carbonation releases a tall, fluffy, cloud-white head that exceeds four fingers. The foamy tower collapses slowly to a more moderate level. The withdrawing foam paints the glass with multiple thick coverings. The nose experiences a slightly vinous touch with a bit of green apple and some pear. The palate displays clearly identifiable light-sour pear, some green apple with rind, white wine and a yeasty punch. The body is surprisingly light. The beer ends with light, semidry white wine, a good amount of yeast, green apple and a touch of sour pear. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is light, tart and somewhat puckering, nicely vinous, relatively dry as well as mouth-drying.

Hauskahko wild ale, kevyen hapan. Mielestäni voisi olla happamampikin. Maistuu kuitenkin illan avausjuomana.
