Alright! The first 🇹🇷 craft beers. The first one is a Blonde Ale. Need to review these fast... Clear amber beer with effervescent carbonation creates a dense white head. Retention is beautifully long. The scent offers grass, lemon peel, a bit of yeast and wheat malt. The taste gives fruity malt, some of it obviously wheat, lemon zest, lemon pith, a pinch of raw carambola and yeast. The light-bodied beer finishes with grapefruit pith, lemon rind, wheat and yeast. The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, refreshing, modestly dry, clean and balanced.
