Franz Rastatt Kellerbier Prösterchen Goldgelb und leicht getrübt sieht es aus. Die Blume ist gut ausgeprägt, feinporig und nicht sehr stabil. Die Nase ist malzig und nach Getreide. Auch geschmacklich bleibt es eher auf der malzig süßen Seite, wobei zeitweise angenehm, hopfige Spitzen Akzente setzen. Ein junges, spritziges Kellerbier hat mir Blubman da ins ProBIERPaket gelegt. Sicherlich kann man davon -über den Abend- noch einige Flaschen trinken. Danke an Blubman. 3,5/3,5/3,5/4
