A complex malt profile including Maris Otter, Munich, Biscuit, CaraGold and Wheat combined with Chinook, Amarillo, Centennial and Citra hops in the boil. Fermented with California ale yeast and dry-hopped with more Amarillo, this will prove the style is possible.

Session IPA, slightly hazy with a creamy head, hoppy with a malty aftertaste. Nice IPA.
