A classic dark ale taste with a light caramel/soy sauce aftertaste with a touch of cream. Not fizzy.

Tasting paddle 4/4.
Murky, dark brown beer with modest, rapid carbonation pours a very pale beige head that dissolves soon to a neat lace ring circling the surface.
The olfactory provision is substantially weak: mere suggestions of syrup and faint roasts emanate to the nostrils.
The gustatory offer is light and somewhat uninspiring: medium-dark sweetish malt with a watery twist whirls with a little bit of syrup and malt bread. A distant cough-syrupy impression emerges from these elements.
The body is light. The finish lasts over medium duration. It portrays some bitter syrup, medium-dark malt and a remote note of licorice.
The mouthfeel is rather light, somewhat lip-glueing and a bit mouthcoating. It's also young and truly distantly crisp.
