This is a blonde coloured craft ale made using Maris Otter premium malt and American hop, Cascade. Initially made for a local festival it was so popular production continued and in 2014 it was selected as one of Devon's top ales. A refreshing light blonde craft ale with subtle,moreish,floral undertones. Multi award winning ale.

Beer festival pale ale. Nice gentle flower aroma. Strong, but not overpowering hoppy undertones beneath a fairly smooth core flavour with some very subtle fruit/berry hints. For a beer festival keg-beer this ain't bad at all.
