A beer both sumptuously malty yet enthrallingly hoppy, we teamed up with our friends at Dark Star for this show stopper of a beer. Multiple hop additions mean massive aromas of lemongrass, strawberry and pine, which develop on the palate while a complex malt bill delivers sweet waves of hazelnut, caramel and summer berry flavours. The finish is balanced, moreish yet crisply classy.
