The taste receptors enjoy the really odd medium-sour strawberry, recognizeable lactobacillus, some citrusy notes and a strong earthy nuance. The body is light-medium. The aftertaste offers lactobacillus, fermented lemon, faint raisin and sour strawberry juice, followed by strong rye bread. The mouthfeel is funky, distantly tart, faintly vinous and fermented.
