Jolie packaging... L'attaque est douce, moelleuse et miellé. Une bonne petite sensation herbacée et épicée. Le final est sur une petite acidité s'ensuit une légère amertume. L'équilibre est plutôt bonne. Bière charpenté et un poil rustique.

Comme une Saison anglaise, de Bristol. Sous titrée Belgian-style ale. Ça sent le rural, avec du blé et des céréales : orge et avoine. Ça sent la belge attitude, made in England. Plus que correct.

On sent effectivement la ferme, la paille dans cette bière. Arôme sucré presque mielleux, surprenant.
