
Nitrogen is what distinguishes McAuslan Cream Ale from the crowd. Draft beer is usually pressurized with carbon dioxide. The addition of nitrogen to the mixture helps create a thicker, longer-lasting head. The nitrogen also helps smooth away some of the characteristic carbon dioxide bite often associated with North American drafts. La crème de la crème, bien épaisse en bouche avec beaucoup de saveurs de malt / houblons, bien travaillé. Avec une amertume assez modérée on discerne quelques notes fruitées légères, très bonne !
