10.0% New England Triple IPA
Chubbles is our collaboration with our mates from the US, The Veil Brewing Co. Together we dreamt up a proper 10% triple IPA with 100% English malt, a ton of flaked oats, fermented with a specific English yeast, and hopped intensely with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Huge mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness. Mimics the mouthfeel/sweetness of actual orange juice (without the acidity). Proper mental aroma on this one too. Very pleased to share Chubbles with y'all!

Kerran vuodessa julkaistava Chubbles. Viimein sain tämän käsiini, joten testataan tämän vuoden kunto vaikkakaan tämä ei enää tuoreemmillaan ole (tölkitetty 1.4.). Kirkkaan keltainen (kuvassa huono valo) ja samea kuten aina. Suutuntuma on ehtaa Chubblesia: silkkisen pehmeää, samalla ryhdikästä, humalaista mehuisuutta ja tarkkuutta, vaikka runko on medium plus. Makupaletissa appelsiinia, mandariinia, ananasta, papaijaa, hieman kiiviä ja ja humalan kukkaa. Reipas on humalointi mutta on tämä taas hyvin tasapainossa. ABV jälleen täysin piilossa. Herkullinen! Tämä sarja tuntuu onnistuvan aina.
