What's to really tell? Caramel copper color whith lively carbonation but only a small head. Wonderful hefeweizen aromas form a canvas that is painted with rich honey and perfect raspberry highlights. The raspberry could almost hint at being a sour but doenst go that direction. The flavour is raspberry forward, with slightly tart hints but the honey seems to dull the edge and add a wonderful depth. After the novelties wear off, a very nice hefe is revealed with enough yeast notes to please my palate while the wheat does what wheat does best. I like it.
