One of the most iconic landmarks in the world! 🍻 The lucid, amber beer with relatively abundant, long-lasting carbonation lays a pure white, silky head that slightly exceeds one finger. The foamy layer loses sluggishly air and descends to a neat lacing on the surface. The fragrance is attractively fruity: loads of sweet orange and a bit of mandarine, flavored by a modest injection of grapefruit and a pinch of mango. I also find an interesting nuance of banana milkshake. The taste receptors enjoy the balmy fruity experience that has, though, lost some of its initial fruitiness prominent in the scent. I get soft lemon zest and a dollop of orange, followed by distinct pale malt and very subdued but fruity hops. The body is light. The beer ends with a light-citrusy, still rather smooth package that contains lemon pulp, orange pith and a bit of lemon peel. Maltiness is moderate, the hops even modest. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, even a bit thin, somewhat juicy, faintly crisp and summery.

Agréable en bouche, bien parfumée, peu de longueur et peu d amertume, petite bulles. Idéal pour commencer une bonne soirée.
