Une pils italienne pétillante avec très légère amertume. Clairement c'est pas fou ... Heureusement que les pates rattrapent le repas !

Une dernière avant le retour en France. Sympa pour une pils.

Todella kuiva, todella kevyesti humaloitu, suhteellisen helposti juotava. Ei jää mieleen mitenkään erityisesti hyvässä tai pahassa.

This brew shows a semifoggy, deep gold hue. Loyal carbonation produces a cloud-white, airy head that climbs to one finger's height. Standard retention pushes the head quickly down to a gossamer haze on the surface. Strong malt with a nice hoppy twist pleases my nose. The malty sphere is somewhat grainy and releases even a suggestion of diacetyl in the air. The hoppy segment gives remote dank weed but is otherwise relatively standard dry hop pellet. The gustatory profile is relatively bitter and crisp, neatly malty and grainy. No dank aromas in the palate but distinct hop pellet for sure. Furthermore, I can detect both remote diacetyl and a pinch of dry grass. Very basic taste that invites something to eat. The body is light to light-medium. It's interesting because, unlike several other beers whose malt bodies have proved less prominent than what their ABVs should have suggested, this is actually a bit bigger than what I'd expect of 4.9 %. Not bad. The finish is identical to the earlier flavor package. The finish takes a long time to die. The mouthfeel is crisp, balanced, a tad husky, slightly earthy and savory. Like I said, this craves for food to dance with.

A larger type beer. OK I suppose.
