“Barbe Rufa” is brewed with burned malts and is a strong wheat beer. It has a turbid aspect with some reddish reflects and a creamy head. Its taste has aromas of fruit with hints of lemon and bananas. “Barbe Rufa” has a content of 8.0 % alc. vol. with an original density of 18 Hl°Plato.
