A rich dark and chewy stout with a sweet vinous character and a gently malt finish. Welsh Cakes straight from the griddle.

Roasted aroma, treacle, quite bitter, not the creamiest but not too heavy therefore (Bramling cross, challenger)

A lovely rounded stout. But disappointing as it did not have a taste of Welsh cakes as it says on the label

Undeniable fruitcake aroma and taste, very smooth. Good beer.

Fruity aroma. Flavour is quite sweet with notes of raisins and stone fruits. It's a very solid stout.

Decent stout, nothing remarkable, smooth and drinkable, it’ll do!
