A collaboration with our friends at Tiny Footprint Coffee -- We have blended our slightly sweet and roasty Short Circuit Stout with their single source Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Negelle Gorbitu dark roast. This variety is an Indigenous Heirloom and has a full velvety body with juicy, ripe red fruit, and semi-sweet chocolate flavors and will result in an electrifying imbibing experience.
What’s with the name?
The name of this beer still has its roots in electrical engineering, but with a slight modification to highlight our collaboration. We have changed the word ‘Short’ to ‘Tiny’ for our friends at Tiny Footprint Coffee, but the name still harkens to the true engineering meaning.
By definition, a short circuit is an abnormal connection between two nodes of an electric circuit, often resulting in overheating, fire or even explosion. To us, this is the most characteristic way to describe the feeling you get when you ingest the combination of a delicious stout and high-quality, caffeinated coffee. Electrified.
