Taking a break at the lake cabin I'm at in Polson Montana. Was recommended this Montana beer so I'm going to give it a try. Deep red amber color. Has a small amount of haze to it. Very thick and frothy head that's holding on quite a while. Has the aroma of a deep amber ale. Soft mouthfeel and a delicate malted amber semi-sweet flavor. Seems most of the carbonation came out in the head. Mild flavor turns into a gentle roasted coffee and the smallest hint of bitterness. I think they misnamed this. It's very mild, very gentle, very drinkable. With a name like Dragon's Breath I was expecting to get punched in the mouth. Didn't happen. Having this with a sandwich and they balance each other very well. Could easily kick back with a six pack of this stuff.
