Vibranttimetsän syövereistä löytyy happamahkoa Pale Alea. Sitrusta, happamaa perusvirettä, hieman ruohoa, kevyen raikas kokonaisuus. Olisi ehkä omimmillaan esim. menneen kesän hellepäivinä.

Good news! It’s Friday and I’m about to head down to The Sally for a few convivial beers. It’s my favourite time of the week. This curiosity is a brave attempt to do something a bit different - it’s a sour pale ale that’s a bit Witbier and a bit lemonade. I’m not entirely sure it works, but full marks for trying. It’s pale straw in colour with a pure white head that dies down almost immediately. Think a pale wash of hops and wheat followed by a massive deluge of bitter, eye wincing juicyfruit. Like alcoholic sweets from the 70’s in one of those white sugary bags. Interesting.
