A medium bodied ale with a unique malt flavor that is opaque from using Midnight Wheat, theleast astringent but darkest of the high roasted malts, then hopped like a NW IPA. Dark, strong and hoppy, ours is dry hopped with 3 varieties for a strong hop aroma and finish.
