
This beer is intended as an everyday beer, a beer that can go with any time of day, any time of year, any food and any occassion. It is made with all English malt, English noble hops and English yeast. I wanted this beer to be exactly how I imagined it so it took over a year of iterating on the recipe tweaking the percentages of malt and hops and the brand of malt to get to where I wanted it to be. I taste a sweet toffee and a lingering caramel flavor with a malty flavor and a well-balanced hop flavor. Sometimes I drink it and it tastes malty and bready, sometimes it tastes sweet like caramel, sometimes it's hoppy. It reminds me of the great English ales that I grew up drinking in the
