While we like a good, refreshing, Wheat Beer every now and then - most tend to fall a little flat to us.  Hence, HillTopper.  We've devised a blend of Red and White Wheat for a more layered maltiness and color, in addition to a large whirlpool dose of some of our favorite new and old-world hops.  The Citrus and Floral notes of the hops play off the slight tartness of the wheat, making for a crisp, complex ale for Spring and Summer.  No lemon-wedge necessary!
