A unique blend of New and Old-World hops highlight this West Coast-style IPA.  Familiar resinous pine and citrus characters come from American varietals while an herbal earthiness is added from one of our favorite Germans, Northern Brewer. Large, late, and whirlpool additions in the kettle (plus dry-hopping) emphasize the flavor and aroma of this beguiling blend without being overly bitter.  Underpinning the abundant hop presence is a crisp malt backbone lending subtle toast and honey flavors.
