Köstritzer Black Lager is a characterful, smooth, full-bodied dark lager. It’s much more complex than a standard lager, with subtle tones of malt and chocolate. Interesting and unique, it’s brewed at one of Germany’s oldest breweries in Bad Köstritz, which dates back to 1543.

Früher tatsächlich mal kistenweise gekauft. Heute gibt es es eigentlich nur noch im Urlaub an der See. Da auch oft als Schwarzbierbowle. Mein Mann mochte und es noch nie und das wird sich wohl auch nicht mehr ändern. Hier haben wir jedenfalls nen dunkles (wie Cola) farbendes Bier. Geruchlich leichte Röstaromen und die kommen auch in Geschmack gut rüber. Nicht zu stark, das gefällt. Dazu leicht nussig und minimal nach Kaffee. Leicht herb. Wer es nicht probiert hat, sollte es echt mal mit eingelegten Rumerdbeeren probieren. Soo lecker. Ich mag es und das hat sich bisher noch nicht geändert.
