Saisons are a traditional Franco-Belgian farmhouse beer, brewed to be refreshing during the hot months of the year. Ours is brewed from malted millet, malted buckwheat, rice, and demerera sugar, and spiced with pink peppercorns and elderflowers. Complex floral and fruity aroma with characteristic Belgian funk, with a dry finish and a slight hint of spicy heat from the peppercorns.
