Samsparilla Stout (so named as a nod to the sarsaparilla-swilling Yosemite Sam) arose after we received requests for a hard root beer, which isn't really our wheelhouse. Instead, we developed this export-style stout brewed with sarsaparilla and vanilla beans as a delicious one-off (for now) winter beer.
