This is a spiced IPA using 12 lbs of fresh ginger root in the whirlpool. It was produced to celebrate the Nabob's 10 year anniversary, and designed to compliment Indian food dishes. Golden in color and moderate malt flavor. Hoppy and Spicey. Flavors / aromas are ginger, lemon, passionfruit, pine, citrus.
