A deep amber / brown strong lager, big malt nose and mouth, medium bitterness. Our Bock is brewed using a traditional decoction mash where a portion of the grain bill is boiled and added back to the main mash. Longer aging makes this beer an exceptionally smooth, malty lager. (Winter specialty)
