My Conversation is a dry-hopped Belgian style Saison brewed with Pilsner and Pale malt along with Valley Malt red wheat.  It is hopped with all German hops and dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Select for a bright, spicy and herbal character.  It drinks dry and refreshing with notes of hay and fresh cut grass.
