This crisp, dry IPA is both spicy and herbaceous with a bitter citrus pith and rind flavor and aroma from Nelson Sauvin. The NZ Pacific Gem adds a woody earthy aroma with hints of bramble. A small charge of Warrior adds to the bittering.
