This is our high-flying English Style Pale Ale originally brewed all the time until I fell in love with IPA's.  A mix of hoppy, earthy and malty aromas can be found in this ale and Englewood's hard water enhances the hop bitterness.  A traditional English Style Pale Ale that is predominantly brewed with 2 row pale and Maris Otter barley with a hint of 60L Crystal to liven up the malt profile. This topped with the Columbus and East Kent Golding hops bill results in a pale that is balanced on both the malt and hop profile.
